Sportly app privacy policy
Updated October 9, 2026. This policy applies to KloverDevs' Sportly apps, including Baseball, Basketball, Football, Golf, Hockey, MMA, Soccer and Tennis. It describes mobile-app processing, separately from our website privacy policy.
Accounts and preferences
If you create an account, Firebase Authentication processes your sign-in information and account identifier. We store your email address, display name, account identifier, profile information, favorites and preferences in Firebase services to provide account features and synchronize settings. Social sign-in providers process the sign-in under their own policies.
You can browse as a guest without creating an account. Guest preferences can be stored on your device. Guest mode does not prevent network requests, crash diagnostics or advertising SDK data processing.
Notifications, security and diagnostics
Firebase Cloud Messaging uses registration tokens and device/platform information to deliver notifications. You can change notification permission in your device settings. Firebase App Check uses device/app attestation to help prevent abuse. Firebase Crashlytics processes crash reports, installation identifiers and device/app diagnostic information to help identify and fix failures.
Purchases
Google Play or Apple processes payments. Our purchase-verification service processes product identifiers, purchase tokens or receipts and entitlement information to verify and restore Fan Pass access. We do not receive your full payment-card details from the app store.
Advertising and third-party content
Ad-supported versions use Google Mobile Ads, and some versions of Golf and MMA also use Meta Audience Network. Advertising services can process IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from them), device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. The data processed depends on the SDK, device settings and applicable privacy choices.
Device settings allow you to control your advertising identifier and, on iOS, app-tracking permission. Fan Pass removes in-app advertising but does not remove processing required for account features, purchase verification, security or diagnostics.
Sports content, images and links may come from external providers. Requests to those services disclose network information such as your IP address. Opening an external article or website is subject to that provider's privacy policy.

Retention and deletion
We retain account information to provide the account features you use. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data, or specified data, through our account and data deletion page. No app installation is required for an email request. We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days; records required by law may be retained longer. Third-party providers and app stores also have their own retention policies.
Audience and contact
Sportly is intended for teenagers aged 13–17 and adults, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request its removal.
